This should be a fun way to spend Christmas eve!

The Browns actually are a pretty good run defense. But they allow teams to do whatever they want passing the ball. Not exactly the Bears strength, but Mitch will have his chances.

Josh Gordon could be a tough matchup for the Bears, but Kizer is an absolute mess at QB. He's only had 2 games where he didn't throw a pick, and that was because his coaching staff saved him from himself, and he also threw 0 TDs in those 2 games. So, if he throws the ball around a lot, the Bears are probably going to get a turnover or 2. Throw in that the Browns have allowed (I believe) the most sacks, and there's potential for more turnovers.

I think the Bears win this one, but I wouldn't bet on them beating the spread. I think Trubisky gets his first multi-TD game. Bears win 27-24.

I don't think Hicks got screwed or anything for not making the Pro Bowl (he played well enough but his team sucks so w/e), but he was chosen as a FOURTH alternate at his position? That seems strange.

He was screwed. His stats for an interior lineman are insane.

Fletcher Cox made it and had half the tackles and 3 less sacks.

Hicks has had about as good of a season as you can have at his position.

Not watching but based on the score it looks like this game is meeting expectations

it's been a pretty fun mitch game, which is the only thing i care about even a little

Seems like it’s going a lot better since halftime when I posted it.

I was kind of hoping we’d lose for better pick and to ensure the Lions remained the only 0-16 team ever (but mostly the former) but a win with Mitch looking good is more than fine by me

It feels like the standards have subtly gone up for Trubisky, which is a great thing. He's earned it. This would have been a great game for him when he first got the starting job. Now him looking competent is just an everyweek thing.

Ive been saying it: Trubisky was the right pick

I missed this earlier but Watson plus the draft picks used to move up is looking like the better move than trading up to get Trubisky.

It's way too soon to say that.

Just like it’s too early to say Trubisky was the right pick

Kind of, but not the same, imo.
