I am pretty confident that our manager/pitching coach can decide that. Looks a lot more like Lester being frustrated than him being worried about his health (again, IF he took himself out without an injury).

I don't disagree the optics are bad and gonna lead to unnecessary attention/talking points. But big picture injury or frustration being the reason I'm fine with him taking himself out.
