I really don't get why Zobrist keeps hitting cleanup. He has a .180/.269/.255/.524 line since May 25th (arbitrary endpoints are back!) and .440 OPS over last 15 games. He's not protecting anyone right now.

My concern is that his wrist injury that hasn't fully recovered is the reason for all of this. Then again, i guess if Joe thought the wrist was an issue he wouldnt keep putting him at cleanup, would he?

Yeah I'm the one who created the thread concerning his wrist injury sinking his season, so surely I am right there with you. It's just that, with Joe, unless Zobrist voluntarily shuts himself down, he's gonna play him and rely on his "professional ABs" and such in the middle of the lineup. It sucks and it's annoying. But it's just something that you have to live with, with Joe as the Manager, unfortunately.
