#4 pick in the 2012 draft, has good stuff for the most part. As you've seen with guys like Arrieta sometimes there's a real fine line between being absolutely awful and figuring it out

Take a guy that throws 98 in the seventh inning of his starts, put him in the pen for the rest of the year. Then try to fix him in the offseason. He's got Arrieta-like potential. He's controllable until 2021.
