They look so much different than they do with Rondo. I think Rondo has officially pulled an Edmonds and turned from despised to liked by me...of course it took Rondo getting hurt for it to happen but oh well.

The Isaiah Canaan game

Is there something I'm missing with the Canaan part? I keep hearing it.

he played kinda decent point guard which is something to celebrate

I am completely befuddled as to the handling of Valentine and to a lesser extent Grant. Why start Grant if you're just going to staple him to the bench if he sucks for the first few minutes (then allow MCW to murder the team for a far longer stretch)? Why not play Valentine at all? Is he that much worse than Joffrey FrenchnameIcan'tspell?

This game went from "Hey, the Bulls can win and take control of the series again!" to "This meltdown is kind of funbad" quickly

Read someone saying that this might actually be the worst case scenario for the Bulls long term

-No draft lottery hopes

-Winning first 2 games gives GarPax a belief they are headed in the right direction somehow

-Rondo's contribution in winning 1st 2 games and his absence in the next 4 games, all losses (just assuming Friday is a loss) will make it much more likely that we retain him for next year

-Wade has not really found a different level, still takes plenty of plays off and defense is optional. He filled up the stat sheet last night and was pretty good but for the series as a whole he looks like a shell of his former self. Most likely he will realize he will never get anything close to $22m on the open market next year and opt in.

Everybody should've followed my lead in rooting for the Bulls to lose that game against NJ.

His utter lack of effort led directly to 5 Boston points at key junctures of the game. It was annoying the hell out of me. You've got 4+ months to rest after this series, for God's sake.

i don't think wade really had any expectations of winning here from the moment he signed

i don't think he even cares that much.

I think I'm okay with trading Jimmy and going full rebuild...this is the first time I've leaned that way. This team needs too many pieces and pretty much none of these guys seem any good aside from Jimmy.

Nope same joyless talentless depressing Bulls. What's changed is that we no longer have to watch them play basketball for awhile.
