Cubs Victory Lap Media Appearances

I keep seeing/hearing mentions of Cubs showing up on SNL tomorrow, and shows like Ellen's and Kimmel next week, so I figured we need a thread to keep track of all of this. Post the dates and times so we can be prepared, and post video whenever possible so we can bask in the endless celebration.

I would think they will be at the White House before January 20th, or maybe show up on the 20th and meet two sitting presidents at once. Obama in the morning and Hillary in the afternoon :D

Luckily for Cubs fans, the media tour won't end on 'SNL.' World Series MVP Ben Zobrist, first baseman Anthony Rizzo and center fielder Dexter Fowler are also slated to appear on "The Tonight Show" with Jimmy Fallon on Monday night.

 

Ross and third baseman Kris Bryant will also stop by "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Tuesday to talk about their historic win.

I met a Yankees fan tonight who was effusive in his praise for our team and he cried when we got the final out. He is telling everybody the Cubs are the next great dynasty and remind him of the late 90's Yankees.

But yeah, SNL faithfully sucked, and I was oddly stressed watching the whole episode thanks to my hatred/fear of terrible live comedy, and I was just reminded why I stopped watching it probably a good 10 years ago outside of viral clips that caught on in the next week.

Hey, I said it was odd. I have this weird anxiety about watching bad live comedy, like I feel so bad/embarrassed for people just completely bombing at their job/passion on stage.
