Man I didnt sleep for crap last night...at least being on the west coast the game starts at 5..Have to get ahead early or by inning 5 it may be lights out...If we do get beat please do not let it be by some error or by shutout ....last thing I want is some documentary in 5 years about some fluke play...we killed a curse and released Bartman from purgatory this year lets finally end this thing on a good note and win

does anyone else find themselves saying "horsefeathers" (the actual word, not word filter) a lot. I went to get coffee this morning and I said outloud to myself "holy horsefeathers, it's Game 7".

Do it for Fred.

Does the Indians' team history pose an extra burden as they try to craft a positive ending? Not really.

"I mean, look at their history," Allen said of the Cubs.

Please tell me why this is a dumb idea (and it can't just be 'because Ross is a better hitter than Contreras right now' because that's wrong):

Start Lester, start Ross in the 9 hole. Pull them both either the first time Ross' spot comes up in the lineup for Contreras/Hendricks, or after 3, or whenever Lester puts a runner on after 2 or whatever.

Like, I know conceptually this is dumb, but I'm having trouble putting it into words.

If it were up to me, which it's not:

Dex CF

Schwarb DH

Rizz 1B

Bryant 3B

Zo 2B

Addi SS

Soler or Cogs LF

J Hey RF

Gramps C

Love you Javy, but the Fun Dip fueled 8 year old flailing madly at a Piñata batting style is less than conducive for game 7 of the World horsefeathering Series.

Someone on the score just mentioned that Joe has been present for 3 of the largest blown leads in the playoffs and its hard to separate those experiences which may have influenced the Chapman useage (which I didn't have a problem with outside of not having someone up in the 8th just in case).

If you want Ross in the game, why not start Hendricks (to keep him on routine) and Willson, then bring in Ross when Lester comes in for defense? Ross has crushed LHP this year as well.

The Indians will be throwing a lot of great pitching at us, but I have to believe in what Bill Murray said about facing Kershaw... “But we got too many sticks. We got too many sticks.”

I've often wondered if there could be such thing as an early inning specialist who's job is to pitch the 2-3 innings. Kind of the opposite of a closer.

What a stupid [expletive] quote. Talk about a guy who is scared shitless.

WE GOT THIS.

another part of me says horsefeathers those crowds, cover charges, lines, uber/train/whatever, and just watch in a bar in the burbs which will still be crazy fun and much easier
