Solid assumption. Definitely not promethazine with codeine, though. I can only see the strength which is in m/15ml, which I'm assuming is gm/15ml, which would have to be lactulose (or whatever generic name CVS uses). A drug typically given for portal systemic encephalopathy. Or possibly constipation. Either way he/she probably shouldn't be eating those nachos or drinking that Guinness.
