Always a great way to start the season when you live in the Cubs Blackout Area but don't get ABC7.

 

Should be a good way to start the season for many fans seeing Cubs on ESPN2 and then not getting the game.

However, for now, get creative: Stream, or MLB.TV + a proxy, sometimes Chromecast outputs a different IP than your ISP

Have you specifically read the game tonight will be blacked out? I don't think they normally blackout opening day, plus ESPN is generally more lenient with the blackouts for Monday games, as opposed to the Wednesday ones.

Hmm, you guys appear to be right. Looks like I get it on my local FOX station in Des Moines. I was under the impression the simulcasts were only for WGN games.

 

So yeah, abrown - I'd double check your tv guide to see if you get it on another channel.
