Where are all of the MLB EI games today? I was watching Cincy vs. Phi, but went to switch it to San Fran game and the only game I can find is Oakland.

Boooooo!

Oh, I see now. I don't get the Cub game because that piece of crap MLB channel feels that the game that ends at 7pm should black out games that start at 6:40. Guess I'll have to watch the Blackhawks instead. Damn!

starlin just hit one off the wall, came out of the box MAYBE a little slow thinking it was gone (i missed the replay, just going off what the announcer said when they showed it), and got thrown out at 2nd (very good throw)

It's always fun when a guy admires his long single that turned into an out trying to stretch it into 2.

they followed it up giving him the benefit of the doubt and said he just hit it too hard and got beat. i have it in another tab. i saw it live but didn't see the replay showing him run out of the box.

And then he hits a real home run.

Castro's seven RBIs through the first two games of his Yankee career are the most by any player in Yankees franchise history

Anybody got this game pulled up on DirecTV yet? I'm getting a not available/blacked out message.

Edit: Never mind, I was just a couple minutes early.

Amazingly quiet on my Facebook feed when it comes to Padres baseball talk. Being that I've been in San Diego for 20 years now, I have a lot of friends that are Padres fans. I guess they are already moving on to football. Oh, wait........

121 pitches through 3 innings in the Colorado/San Diego game. 2-0 score. 68 for Rea and 59 for Liles. You'd think it would be a bigger score than that.

But the Padres are now at 30 scoreless innings to start the season.

Trevor Story just hit his 5th home run. He did have a single earlier in the game to break up his only home run streak (4) to start his career.

Although his streak of games with a home run is now still intact at 4.

4-0 braves now

this is glorious

4 game lead by tonight please?

And there was the gem in the first, where Gyorko gets an error throwing a routine ball right at him into the dirt. Cardinals announcer explains that Gyorko was settling in at short stop in spring training but "one of the things that hurt him here was that Enciarte was practically RUNNING out of the batter's box, so he had to rush his throw." As Enciarte trots into first with an injury that caused him to leave the game.

Yadi Molina is done. But I guess doing things the Cardinal Way will keep him flailing away in the lineup for at least another season.
