Elbow problems for the second time in less than a year. Last year it was elbow inflammation but he didn't have surgery.

Perhaps I'm reading too much into it, but Maddon's statements makes it seem like they have some sort of internal map laid out on how this plays out. Makes me curious what Underwood's schedule is going to look like in the early goings - just wonder if perhaps they send him to XST to build up before sending him to, I'm assuming, Tennessee.
