A couple of times. I find myself watching more clips from previous seasons during the current season. Offseason it just kinda makes me bummed there's no baseball going on.

A highlight maybe but actual chunks of games? Games lose all thrill when you know the result. Besides baseball is 95% filler, 5% action. Works in the course of a real game but not a rewatch of a game.

The six HR game has worn out my DVR all winter. But the "I wanted to throw a fastball" pitch by Lackey to Hammel is fantastic, too.

I have grown incapable of climaxing to anything other than Kyle Schwarber home runs. And, as such, I have replaced my porn intake entirely with Cubs highlights. So... pretty much all the time.

It's really fun to look up Schwarber dong videos and just read the descriptions.

I've spent a lot of time watching full games and highlights. Out of all of the HRs hit in the post-season, the two swings that were the most insane (context of the game, excluded) were Baez's blast, and that one HR Schwarber hit...no, not that one, or that other one. The one off Harvey. High and outside FB yanked into right for like 700 feet. Insane.

I don't know why this play does it for me, but on Addison's diving play to end the game against the Cardinals, seeing Javy get hyped up after getting the putout gives me the chills. Did when i watched it the first time and it does now.

that series was when playoffs and stuff started to feel really real, even though our chance to catch them was still slim. it was a combination of beating their asses good with a bunch of dongs and the slightly crisp weather and the sun at that early fall angle. relevant baseball in september.

Oh man, I completely forgot about the 2nd inning of game 2 against the Cards. Back to back safety squeezes (one of which the the Cards throw into RF). Then the camera pans to Matheny doing everything in his power not to blow up. Then we get our 3rd run of the inning on a lazy little chopper to short. 3 runs without leaving the infield. And next, right when Matheny is probably assuming slow Jorge is gonna find a way to leg out an infield single, he

comes up and is like horsefeathers that and just hammers a 2-run dong to dead center.

Yes that inning changed me from being thinking "omg the Cardinals are going to pixie dust us into a series win" into "we're gonna win this thing"

*prays I didnt say anything stupid in the game threads to dispute this*

I was at Busch for that. Their fans were in full incredulous meltdown mode to the tune of "How can the CUBS do THIS to US?"

I can only imagine. Things go to script for decades and then all the sudden they don't and its jarring.
