Yeah I guess this would be the only way it would make sense. Still sad though.

Makes me think back to Kerry Wood chatting with Pat Hughes toward the end of the season, and he was saying that to a young pitcher, losing the electric stuff that took them to the top of the game, and the realization that it's not coming back, can be as devastating as being diagnosed with a fatal disease, and some guys completely fall apart physically and emotionally. And Hanson did go from being one of the most exciting young players to the bottom of the scrap heap virtually overnight.

When we got Tommy Hunter, I thought it was Tommy Hanson and was briefly intrigued.
