Yeah not sure I agree. I guess the logic is that the Bears have consistently moved the ball (have scored 5 different times) and they will definitely get 1 maybe 2 more possessions. If the defense falters like it has today then it will still be a 1 score game

Yeah, in many cases it does. Lions kick a FG, bears get a TD and PAT, suddenly you're up 3 instead of 1 and can't get beat by a FG.
