Make your choice for the Cubs 2015 #1 prospect.

Later on, we'll move to a system of multiple votes, but I think it makes sense at the top to just vote for a single player.

I'm actually going with Soler.

I think his ceiling as an OF is as high or higher than Bryant's. His power is almost as good, but I think he'll make a lot more contact. Bryant's positional value as a 3B makes a lot of difference, but with the questions there it is enough for me to pick the guy that has already had a very solid debut in MLB.

It is really close in my mind between Soler, Bryant and Russell, though.

It's either the guy who hit .325/.438/.661 at AA & AAA or the guy who hit .331/422/.708 at AA & AAA. Or maybe it's the shortstop that hit .302/.355/.529 at AA.

And that's why Russell is #1

I have a feeling no matter who we pick, it's gonna be one of those where we look back in five years and laugh because one of the other guys is way better.

5 win catcher kyle schwarber

I'm going to lean ever so slightly towards Bryant because he has the positional edge over Soler and offensive edge over Russell. But man it's close. All three are great.

Gun to my head, I'd go 1. Bryant 2. Soler 3. Russell.

And I could totally see Russell being our best player in, like, 3 years. It's a toss up.

our team is already gonna be pretty good and we have the added excitement of unwrapping shiny toys in bryant and russell at different points of the year.

this year is gonna be so fun.

i voted for him in this poll

I think people forget how good Glaus was (though I would've liked it better if you had put Giancarlo for his high end)

BTW are you saying Glaus's actual numbers or Glaus's performance relative to the league?
