There may be a move obvious way, but here's what I did:

 

1) go to your team roster

2) click add/drop in the upper right of the page

3) click transaction details in the far lower left of the page

 

Once you get to that page it should be fairly obvious.

 

 

In general, I like the interface changes for CBS. They made this much harder than it has to be, though.
