i bet the bulls FO is loving that the meatballs have inexplicably turned on thibodeau. it will make it really easy for them to dump him now.

Inexplicably? There's plenty of reasons to have "turned on" Thibs. I personally don't want him fired, but I wont be too upset if he is.

There's literally 2 coaches that i'd rather have.

You forgot Stevens

Might as well just lose out if this is what it's going to be.

Yikes. Nobody is going to out-miserable this.

seriously

like, these playoff series go 5 and 6 games all the time. it's not ideal but it's fine. this is one of those annoying scrappy teams that scraps these games out.

reminds me a little of the pacers in the 2010-11 first round.

The celtics scrapped by a 38 win Hawks team in 7 games and then went on to win the championship

As much as I'm enjoying the ridiculous histrionics here, that series isn't really comparable. The Celtics outscored the Hawks by 84 points in that series.

I had almost forgotten about that super bizarre series.

I'm sure he's talking Kerr and Pop, but as much of a Thibs fanboy I was, I'd seriously consider Stevens.

Saw that Noah's 1 for his last 14 on FT attempts. That's...not good. He actually looked competent in the first half, but then missed a couple of very easy bunnies in the 4th that pushed the Milwaukee lead back up to 9.

Hopefully with two days off before Game 6, Rose will actually look like he did in Game 3. But for the love of god, enough with the jump passes.

#Cavs GM David Griffin says surgery is an option for Kevin Love, and he calls it a surprise if he could return for postseason.

I wonder if this injury really pushes Love away from the Cavs this offseason. I think Love only would have stayed if he was playing and the Cavs won it all.

The Bulls aren't going to get a better opportunity than this. Cleveland's minus a key player, Atlanta is banged up and looking extremely mortal. Not discounting the possibility that LeBron goes Keyser Soze and wills Cleveland to the Finals by himself, but there's a real chance to win the East if they don't screw it up. Unfortunately, very little that's happened the last two games inspires confidence in that area.

Ouch!!!

@HowardBeck

Source: Kevin Love's labrum tore away from the bone, and will need 4-6 weeks, minimum to heal. If it doesn't, surgery is a possibility.

I guess if there's one way you can turn a game in the first round against the bucks after dropping two games to them into a statement game, this is how

No Bucks in double digits. When's the last time that's happened in the playoffs?

When's the last time a 54 point win happened in the playoffs?
