I'm always slightly bummed out when the noon games are starting when the Bears aren't playing until Monday Night, but when I'm sitting at work on Monday and I know the Bears still have a game this week its great.

 

Yeah, except the late nights. I've got to get my sorry arse to work @ 7:30am most week days.

I have a feeling this is going to be a really ugly game. Ugly favors the Jets, but I feel like the Bears will win by a ridiculous score of like 13-9 or something.

 

This would be a really good time for the Bears to get off to a strong start. Get a 2 score lead and the Jets will never catch them. But I think it's going to take a while for the Bears to get used to the blitzes they'll see. And I don't know how healthy Marshall and Jeffery will be to make them pay with big plays for blitzing.

I have a bad feeling with our injury report now, and 2 road games back-to-back on opposite sides of the country.

 

Bears put up a fight, but Jets take it 24 - 21.

Yeah, definitely some let down potential. Huge win the week before, Packers coming up. McClellin shouldn't be a huge loss though other than depth, and if there's any team they can afford to not have Tillman for it's the Jets.

 

But yeah, I'm expecting to not be fully entertained either because it's just a boring game or the Bears struggle too much ala the 49ers game 1st half.

 

Eh, forgot about Ratliff. That one really sucks.

@BobGlauber: Jets WR Eric Decker (hamstring) warming up at MetLife Stadium. Looks to be moving well. Still a game time decision.

What a terrible play call. You don't do that early before a team establishes its aggressiveness.

 

and if you'd do run that play, you sure as hell don't just the fire the ball in there anyway when it's completely covered
