Well, we just got Turner for practically nothing so we are actually kinda close to being able to say "screw pitching" with something approaching confidence.

 

Arrieta, Wood, Hendricks, Wada, Turner, Jackson, Straily, Doubront, Grimm. Parts of that make a rotation that could maybe be league average in a lucky year? One decent arm away from actually league average.

Yeah Jesse Rogers was on the radio earlier and said this was the first time since spring training he saw Theo, Jed, and Mcleod all down on the field watching BP at the same time.

That's a clear sign Javier Baez is about to be called up.

He was spacing off in LA when Schierholtz threw that runner out at first too. I hate always comparing the two, but the pass he gets is kinda funny when his SS would be getting crucified right now for doing something similar.
