I'd have to think Rondon is the next guy to go.

It's pretty rare for a team in the Cubs position to carry a Rule 5 guy this long and then drop him. If we were contending, then I agree he'd be the next one gone. But in a lost season there's no way to get rid of him at this point.

Yeah, a reliever could conceivably come in in the 3rd inning with a 1-0 lead, give up a run, and get charged with a blown save.

He's got a plus fastball and a good slider. The question with him is always going to be command. If he improves in that area there's no reason he can't be a good set-up guy.
