Kerr is going way out of his way to not question any of the calls.

Marv questioned the officiating briefly during the first OT, and I believe the Russian Mob had him liquidated, which is why Kerr is there alone now.

 

He's on Abramovich's yacht/frigate, on his way to be dumped in the North Atlantic somewhere.

Maybe Reggie Rose will allow his brother to play now that he's seen the team fight like hell and win a game they had absolutely no business winning.
