Yeah it might have been. The Bears didn't play Miami in 2007 though so I'm not sure which game you're referring to. I don't remember there being rain in 2006 when Grossman got picked three times.

It was the first Super Bowl that ever had any rain during it. I've heard from Bears fans who went that it was a miserable experience, especially in the 2nd half when the rain picked up and the game faded away.
