I'm in a similar situation, good RB options but one of my RB's facing a tough D. In my case, Murray against CHI. Usually I'll just 'play the stud' but I don't like the idea of sitting Benson against that NO run defense combined with Murray's early struggles. Also have to deal with BB jerking Ridley around.

I have to choose 3 of:

Murray

Ridley

Mathews

LeShoure

Benson

Fjax

I like Gore a lot more than Murray/Ridley right now, so it's different. I'd start Lynch/Gore/Thomas with confidence.

ETA: Didn't know NYJ were struggling against the run so much.

First bad decision(s) of the year last week. Started Philip Rivers in 2 leagues over Joe Flacco and Matt Schaub, who each had big games. So, not sure what to do this week.

Rivers vs. KC (30th in pass D)

Schaub vs. Tenn (last in pass D)

Rivers vs. KC

Flacco vs. Clev (25th in pass D)

Schaub and Flacco. Mostly because they both have home games.

Do I start Romo vs the Bears or go with Andy Dalton vs Jax? Romo has been pretty bad outside of the 1st game and I expect the Bears to turn him over a couple times at least. Plus I have the Bears D so Im leaning Dalton. Big Ben is my normal backup but hes on bye this wk.

Dalton. He's a top-7 QB so far this year fantasy-wise and he'll have the ball a lot this weekend.

Ya I picked up Dalton as a speculitive late buy. But I have Brady and am scared to try and play matchups. Yet Dalton has outperformed him the last two weeks. But I have a keeper league, so my Dalton pick may yet pay dividends.

I dropped Cutler for Dalton. Easy call.

I'm starting Cedric Benson over DeMarco Murray as well. Didn't think I'd say that this season.

Was kinda hoping that either Forte or Bush would miss the game this week. But it looks like neither will. And with neither likely to be at 100%, the more likely it is that they are going to share a lot of time.

If ONLY Bush plays, obviously, I'm starting him.

If ONLY Forte plays, obviously, I'm starting him.

If BOTH play, I'm probably starting Forte regardless as he's one of the best backs in the league. But if Bush also plays, do I start him at Flex? My regular Flex, Antonio Brown is on a bye. And I'm looking at filling the spot with Sidney Rice, Pierre Thomas or (if I get my waiver claim) Tashard Choice (Spiller out, Jackson iffy).

Thoughts?

I don't think you're gonna lose out any way here. Bush and Choice are both good flex plays this week. I would stick with Forte/Bush unless Fjax is sidelined, then I'd roll with Choice. I'd go with either of those 2 over Rice/Thomas.

Greg Jenning's owner accepted Cardinals D and Cedric Benson for him. I already have the Seahawks D, good trade?

Yes. Unless you are in like a 16+ team league defenses aren't all that valuable as you can play matchups to an extent each week so you probably maximized the Cards value here. Benson looks incredibly average and Jennings is Rodgers best or second best option on an offense that should improve over the first 3 weeks as they faced probably 3 of the top 5-7 defenses in the leauge.

Standard scoring, non-PPR:

Leshoure v Min

Choice v NE

Different league, same scoring, pick 2:

Morris @ TB

Cobb v NO

Tate v Ten

Leshoure v Min

For the first one, Minny has held RB's to the lowest fantasy total of anyone so far. But then, there's no telling how many touches Choice will get since Jackson and Spiller are maybes now apparently. I'd probably lean LeShoure.

Second one, Alfred Morris and Ben Tate.

I know this is the Sit/Start thread and not the bitch about something no one else in the world cares about thread. But my TE position has scored 6 points in 4 games. That's worse than bad. Thanks Witten and the all of a sudden invisible Pitta.

I currently have 2 TE's on my roster. Jermichael Finley and Jason Witten.

Dennis Pitta is on waivers. Should I put in a claim and drop Witten?

in a 3WR, 2RB league,

A.Morris (@ TB)

F.Gore (@ Jets)

M.LeShoure (vs Min)

D.Martin (vs Was)

Gore vs. Jets is a really good matchup if he gets carries, projected 10.4pts

LeShoure vs Min is a bad matchup, but if Stafford is still banged up, will he get more carries? projected 7.7pts, relative wild card still.

Martin is projected at 12.4pts, Morris projected at 8.8pts

At WR:

V.Cruz (@ Phi)

H.Nicks (@ Phi)

Malcolm Floyd (@ KC)

D.Jackson (vs Giants)

Sidney Rice (@ Stl)

Cruz has been up and down. If I start him, he gets me 4 pts, if he sits, he gets me like 20. Decent matchup against Eagles, projected 9.11pts

Nicks has been solid when he plays. Again, decent matchup against Eagles. Projected 11pts

Floyd has a good matchup against KC, but he's not the 1st or 2nd option. Projected 8.4pts

DeSean Jackson has been spotty at best as well. Vick isn't getting a lot of passes out, and when he does, Jackson seems to drop them. Projected 7.5pts

Rice has a tough matchup against the STL db's. Projected for 7.1pts

I am starting Morris and Gore at RB. Cruz, Nicks, Floyd at WR.

Should I consider LeShoure or Martin over Morris/Gore?

Just traded Brady, Marshall, and Sproles for Eli and AP. First year 10-team standard keeper league, already have RGIII as my QB and needed another RB. Before the trade I had McFadden, Sproles, Greene and Tate at RB, WR were Harvin, Marshall, Malcom Floyd, Mike Williams and Andre Hawkins. So I felt I could lose Marshall and go with Harvin every week then play matchups with the other 3 guys. Eli for Brady is pretty even, IMO and with RGIII it's a pretty lateral move.

Eli for Brady is pretty even. I'd take Brady for this year, but Eli in a keeper league. So, basically you gave up Marshall and Sproles for Peterson. I don't really like that. You sold pretty low on both. Sproles has only had 7 carries so far, which will increase a lot as he is still getting 9 ypc. Marshall has had 2 subpar games, but he's still being targeted a ton. Peterson is a star, and I like the thought of getting any star player, but you gave up an easy top 10 WR and a top 10-15 RB. Your WRs are significantly weaker without Marshall, as there's really no reason to start any of your 3 remaining guys in a 10-team league unless it's a bye week.
