Ryan Dempster

Career vs. Brewers: 15-6, with a 2.75 ERA in 26 starts. 193.1 IP, 183 K and 84 BB.

Yovani Gallardo

4-4, 4.22 ERA

Career vs. Cubs: 5-1, with a 2.77 ERA in 11 starts. 68.1 IP, 77 K and 28 BB.

The Cubs try to snap their 11 game road losing streak. The Cub offense has gone frozen solid after the home series against the Padres, scoring six runs in four games at San Francisco. Both starting pitchers in this match up have fared well against the opposition, so we'll see what gives.

I'll watch, but more interested in the draft (as I'd imagine many of you are). I'm pretty much just counting down the days until Rizzo arrives and hoping Jackson can stay hot and make his arrival shortly thereafter.

My most obnoxious cousin is a Brewers fan that irrationally hates the Cubs. I think it's a jealous of the attention thing. I also don't think he likes me or the rest of the family. He's a swell guy. Go Cubs!

It's a Milwaukee/Chicago thing as much as Brewers/Cubs. I went to school in Wisconsin for 5 years and spent many a summer there. The city of Milwaukee has a bizzare, one sided rivalry with Chicago. The little brother complex if you will.

Aoki should try laying down on the ground as the pitch comes in, he might have a 1.000 OBP.
