I guess if we weren't going to be able to get another crack at a legit prospect like Delgado, getting a couple of lower minor's players isnt bad. In this case we can get players that might not crack a team's top 10 but have projectable upside, particularly something that Theo/Jed sees from them that gives them a better chance of evolving into something useful.

Pretty sure the handbook comes out in February.

 

BA might not, but the beat guys routinely speculate how a team's system has risen or fallen whenever they take on meaningful prospects. Check the Twitterverse, or maybe ESPN/BA chat sessions, but obviously they won't be official until February.
