Hey, the Bulls got destroyed today and actually improved their East standing, since Miami lost too.

Can we start tracking the Bulls' "magic number"?

Is Derrick close?

He says this week. KC Johnson of the Trib said on the radio this morning that he thinks it'll probably be next week.

My guess is Sunday. After today we have 2 days off, a game, and then 2 more days off. No sense in rushing him back for the game on Thursday with 2 more days off after that.

what happened to Omer?

Something tells me that Stacey didn't bring out the old poster machine for that one. I don't think he even bothered to post the video to Facebook.

Instead, he took to Twitter saying Omer should have decked Westbrook for dunking on him.

Sorry the Bulls don't have enough to beat the Heat or the Thunder in a 7 game series. Their only chance of beating the Heat is Lebron wetting the bed. They badly lack athleticism and scoring. The quicker fans and management can come to grips with accepting that reality, the better off the team will be.

Don't we have ~150 games of fairly solid evidence that the Heat are a very good but not overwhelming team?

If you consider regular season performance equivalent to postseason performance.

Every all time great team throws up a kickass regular season or two during their run before "savvy vets throttling it back and saving it for the playoffs" mode.

Besides, they didn't even win the championship last year.

It's going to be "Awesome" when you guys rage after the Heat off the Bulls in the playoffs and you start saying the same things I'm saying now.

In fact, they lost to a far less athletic team

The Mavs had a great offense and a great defensive. You also had a scoring 6th man in Terry. The Bulls have a great defense with one above average scorer in D-Rose. We're missing a 6th man and a reliable #2 option.

I know it's Neil Funk, but...The Bulls dominated in every other category??? The Rockets shot better from 2, 3, and FT

It took him until Houston was up double digits (after being down 15) for him to say they'd come alive
