I think it's safe to say it's location. That place is dinky for the price he paid. But it's probably reallllllly expensive to live that close to Wrigely.

 

That much space is not dinky anywhere.

Trump is less than 5 minutes from Lake Shore Drive. But, anyways its pretty cool he moved fairly close to Wrigley and as others said he only spent 80% of one years salary.. so if he wanted a luxury penthouse downtown it would be not to much of a problem for Mr. Epstein to get that done. In fact he might be keeping his place in Boston with the housing market down and all his family there (I haven't heard anything about his place there being up for sale).

This all depends on the time of day. As does the amount of time it'll take to get from LSD to Wrigley. At the wrong times, that can be a really painful and frustrating drive.

Me too actually, but most of my driving is around Wrigleyville/ Roscoe Village/ Lincoln Park. I would never ever drive downtown.

I've done it quite a bit and had no problem.

Me too. Though my favorite is doing 80-90 mph bumper to bumper heading W on the Eisenhower. I was younger and hopefully dumber when I did that every couple weeks for 2 years.
