The one thing about the Cards winning this series would be them celebrating in front of the Brewers fans at Miller who have gotten way too cocky after one good season. Also, a big [expletive] you to T Plush or whatever her wants to call himself. Douchey McDouche Braun too. Granted, I'd much rather it go down at the hands of the Braves or the Phillies, but I'll take what I can get.

 

Still, I'm not all that convinced that the Brewers won't coke back as they've been damn good at home, and tomorrow is Marcum vs. Edwin Jackson and then back to Gallardo.

Because they signed Lance Berkman, Ryan Theriot, and Nick Punto instead of a bunch of big money guys?

Because they lost their ace before the season began?

Because they didn't cash in any remaining valuable prospects they had for a must win season?

Because they didn't assemble an all universe starting rotation?

Because their big trade deadline acquisitions were a ho hum mid rotation starter and a reliever some thought retired 5 years ago?

 

Hate to say it, but TLR and his band of rat bastards are arguably the most deserving team in the post season.
