What just happened is a disgrace, the NHL should seriously be ashamed of what just happened. He should be done for the rest of the year and tack on the beginning of next year. That's dirty, pathetic, and just seriously shameful. That kind of play does not belong in sports, I'm sorry, but I am furious.

$2500 fine to spite the Hawks.

 

I really don't know how hockey suspensions/penalties go, but what should have Shaw's punishment been? Sounds like they should have switched Weber's and Shaw's punishments.

Based on what Shaws suspension is Torres should be out for the playoffs. That was a vicious, without a doubt intentional, premeditated retaliation.

 

There are going to be a lot of [expletive] insanely mad Hawks fans if he doesnt get a severe suspension.

I really don't think it'd be appropriate for him to give the guy's eulogy.
