I like Mateo

ERA under 4 now. Decent K's. I like him too but he needs to miss more bats.

 

Mateo has been excellent in the strikeout department this year. In fact, that's been the only area he's been excellent in. I'm not sure he can make much improvement in that area. Hopefully he can stop leaving his mistake pitches in the middle of the plate like he was earlier in the year.
