I think we should predict the inning at which AramisFan gets angry at the Cubs and quits on the game, only to post again three minutes later.

I'll say the top of the third after the Cubs fall behind 1-0.

the sky has been spitting for about 48 hours straight now and winds are going to kick up to about 30mph today....wind chill factor in the mid thirties...hell yeah, let's play some baseball.

It's odd how weirded out AF is by spring rain.

You have to admit there's been an abnormal amount of rain during this MLB season for some reason... and it's more frustration than being "weirded out."

No worries, the game is on WGN, so I won't be near a computer when watching. :D

I don't remember 2007 being THAT bad, but I feel that we've seen less sun this year, all throughout the league.

Was 2007 really THAT bad ?? That's an average of 1.73 rainouts per team for the the month. Compared to this year, when we had 1.0 rainout.

Compared to the other years in the decade though, it just kind of pops off the chart.

Wait, Quade is seriously giving Hill the start? Castillo doesn't even get in there when it's a [expletive] day game after a night game?

Apparentlt, Castillo had his chance and his one bad offensive game overshadows Hills years worth of bad offensive games.

When ownership keeps the same people in place regardless of the outcome, what do you expect? What is worse is Hendry and Quade both saying "we are in the earning business" when it comes to playing time, but Hill is on the team and plays pretty much every day when Geo takes his annual trip to the DL.

They really don't give the fans a reason to care.

Was that the year where there were actually snow outs? and there were a few series that had to be played in other stadiums. Like I think it was Cleveland basically would have been off a week due to the weather there, so they relocated the series to Milwaukee.
