05/03 CUBS (Dempster) @ Los Angeles (Billingsley), 9:10 WGN

Kemp's off to a hot start, but I don't know if I'd call him the MVP just yet, Bob.

Really would love to see him holding down an OF spot for the Cubs in 2013.

Along with Pujols, another player I hope not to see on the Cubs roster in the future. Kemp's a killah.

Pena finally runs into one.

What?

Edit: Nevermind, I got it.

Want to trade places? I'll gladly let you come home to this hell hole.

I'd pay money to do it if I could. In a year I get my doctorate and I'm out of this hell-hole.

To prove that I'm not here to be a troll, I'd like to say that I really like hearing Len & Bob's work, and whenever the Cards play the Cubs, I watch their broadcast whenever possible. I like to keep up with the rival and it's good to know what's happening with all of the Cubs fans in town.

Let me go on the record and say that I don't agree with leaving Dempster in here.

Understandable in the tie game, but I'd like to have taken Dempster out to let him feel good about the start today.

Yeah, I forgot St. Louis is so awesome. The crime, the lack of anything fun to do, the fact that everyone from here thinks its the greatest place in the world, the fact that the first question you get asked when you meet someone is "Where'd you go to high school?" No jobs, shrinking economy, half the city's buildings are empty, blatant racism and horrible segregation. St. Louis sucks, everything about it sucks. There is not one redeeming factor about this place.

If I keep talking about it I imagine I will be banned or labelled as a troll. So let's just agree that there are diff'rent strokes for diff'rent folks.

But for the record: after living and working here for 3+ years, I prefer STL and would in fact prefer a lot of different places over living in Illinois.

How about the arch?

Btw - why does any major league team still think Aaron Miles is worthy of a roster spot?

Come on, get him outta there after this AB, Quade.

You know he wants Demp to get through this inning so he doesn't have to burn a pitcher or do a double switch since the pitchers spot leads off for the Cubs in the eighth.

There are nice areas around St. Louis and it's not crazy to think people like to live near a small city rather than one of the largest in the world.

Plus it's Demster's birthday so you know he probably wants to give him the chance to get the win. Seems like the kind of thing Quade would do.
