Both Andrew Cashner (shoulder) and Randy Wells (forearm) fared well enough during their flat-ground throwing sessions Saturday that they'll travel with the team rather than go to extended spring training.

Both should soon start throwing bullpen session, followed by rehab assignments. Each right-hander appears to be in line to make a return by mid-May, barring setbacks. May 1, 10:01 AM
