You know this sucker's going up on appeal. The fact that the DOJ only got a conviction on obstruction shows this whole thing was a complete joke.

2 of the 3 counts the jury hung on they voted in favor of acquittal, but the other hung count the vote was 11-1 in favor of guilt. Bonds' attys immediately filed a motion asking the judge to throw out the one guilty count and a hearing is set on that motion.
