Interesting. If he manages to stay healthy at least he'll be in a spacious ballpark to help his numbers out. Sucks his career has sort of fizzled out a bit, he was so damn good for us when we traded for him

MLBTR:

Renck reports the Harden-A's agreement is unconfirmed (Twitter link). The Rockies are out on Harden. Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports that the A's have talked to Harden, who appears to have better offers elsewhere (Twitter links). Slusser notes that the A's are still talking to Justin Duchscherer.

Washed up head case.

How is Harden a head case?

Guys that get hurt are [expletive]

It has nothing to do with the injury thing. Ever met him? He's the kind of guy my grandmother would have called a space cadet.

Have no idea. I'm thinking AI should quit when he's only dug a relatively small hole for himself.

Good for Harden. I hope he can regain some of his previous form. It wouldn't likely hurt the Cubs very much.

I am not going to fight about it. I have my opinion, y'all have yours. I don't have anything personally against Harden, I just think his time as even a decent pitcher is over and that anyone expecting anything from him this season is likely to be disappointed.
