Only by pitching half your games in Philly can you maintain that kind of WHIP and still have a pedestrian ERA

He's had 5 innings or more in every one of his starts and only allowed 6 runs once and 5 twice. He's given up at least 2 runs in now 13 of his last 14 starts but he's pitched deep into ballgames and never had the disaster start which has allowed his ERA to remain low.
