March Madness: 2010 NIT edition

I was curious how NIT teams have faired in the NCAA the following year. The only team to make the NIT final 4 and then make the NCAA final 4 the following year was Syracuse, who won the NC in 2003.

 

Since 1990 the Big 10 has been a real force in the NIT with PSU, Minn, Mich and OSU all winning at least 1 NIT championship.

Yep. Ok Bruce, the horses are all here starting this fall. Time to start winning again. No more of this 7th place A-10 team coming in and killing us at home.
