I don't get why people think this way. They were clearly overrated to start the year. They were a 5 seed who was fortunate enough to make the Final Four by beating a 12 seed by 3, a 4 seed on a buzzer beater, a 9 seed in a close game and a 6 seed by 1. They lost Morgan and Chris Allen from that team but everyone wanted to pretend they returned everyone and only looked at last year's squad as a Final Four team. Now they've lost Lucious and while he wasn't good, they really have no depth. And everyone forgets that Kalin Lucas hasn't been that good since his injury.

IU fans still can't get over the fact that he was 100% right about their old coach.

Illinois should be pounding the ball inside to Richmond all day long. IU will have no answer for him. I'd also like to see Davis and Tisdale get shots at the elbow whenever IU goes into their zone.

Has the officiating been as bad as it's seemed to me? Illinois is playing really dumb basketball, but it seems like we're getting drilled around the hoop with no calls and as long as IU gets near the hoop a foul gets called.
