great period for everyone i've been down on. kane worked hard and took the puck to the net, was in the right places. kessel worked hard and created the first goal. stastny picked up a goal and had a nice assist on parise's goal.

I'd love to watch the playoffs but we don't get Versus...

I will definitely freak out. Normally I would just go elsewhere, but the closest bar is all directv as well, and my friend who lives closest switched to directv. So I'm going to have to make an effort, and that's not fun.

i think the NHL is going to have to throw what weight they have around to help settle this DirectTV/Vs dispute before the playoffs. Of course Bettman is a moron so who knows.
