Yes, clearly that's what I said!

He is not the problem. His fumbling is a problem, not the problem. The defense is a problem. The o-line is a problem. The special teams has been great but was a problem tonight.

Was Favre's fumble a problem?

A blocked extra point lost the game. That could only happen to one of my teams.

you want some cheese with that whine?

boo hoo hoo, the bears won this game, not the vikings blowing it. and not justfor ap's fumble (which was actually caused by chicago), the bears just beat them

Hey dumbass, get a clue and realize it was a spoof of sulley's "Only my team" posts in this thread and every game his teams ever play. And I like sulley.

yeah, because iowa and the vikings were like a collective 1,000-0 most of the season and won lucky a few times. my teams never ever get lucky and should have won the game in regulation but dropped a million ints.

Or if I were playing your part I would still be talking about the non-facemask call on that last fumble. Or one of the worst non pass interference penalties you'll see on Rice.

Seriously man there are what like 10 missed extra points all year in the NFL? One of them tonight happened in a game that went to overtime.

EXHIBIT [expletive] A: ILLINOIS vs. FRESNO ST.

everything is fine, good night!

what about when he tried to throw 2 INTs on that game tying drive? is that a problem?

btw, I just want to pimp Williams again. he played a pretty good LT. He was against Jared Allen, and that isnt a small task.

imo, this is seriously the biggest deal about this game for us as a team going into the future. he did extremely well against one of the best DEs in the league.

He tried to throw 2 INT's? His intent was to throw INT's? One was a terrible decision. One was just a really good play by Hillenmeyer.

Not once did anyone of those ass-munch ESPN announcers give Williams any credit, it was all about Allen not having a good game.

Yes that was huge. But it once again puts that thought in my mind about this coaching staff to be far too slow to absorb things.......it took too long to let Aromashadu play and it took far too long to shuffle Chris back to LT which is what the Bears originally drafted him to play. These adjustments could have been a heck of a lot more helpful weeks ago.

Definitely.

I remember them singling him out on a replay and saying how well he was doing against Allen... Somewhere around right before halftime, IIRC.

also, not surprisingly, give cutler some time to throw and look what he does. sure it helped that pat williams was out, but that's still a solid DL without him and we've gotten torched by much worse ones this year.

Also helped that Ray Edwards has been absolute garbage for the last month. Really though the Bears completely made Allen and Kevin Williams non-factor's.

Why am I still talking about this [expletive] game?

Phat Will isn't their pass specialist, but i did see a few nice holes in the middle where he would have been

Great game. The Bears won and it was exciting to watch. Those two have occurred only once this season as far as I can remember (Pittsburgh).

My thoughts:

1. This is what Cutler can do with a decent line. I think Allen's name was only called once. Ron Turner finally opened up the playbook a little, partly due to the great performance of the line. It was about time that the Bears started chipping Allen too.

2. Why the pooch/line drive kick to start the second half?

3. Pretty good pressure from the line all night.

4. Why was Manning not returning the kickoff in the overtime? I don't like the selective use of Manning. Give him every stinking kick off. I remember when another great returner the Bears had whose productivity dropped when he wasn't given opportunities. Hester will never be a great receiver, and now he might not be a great returner again.

here's the problem i have with the vikings: they're going to be in the playoffs and the bears will be watching for a 3rd straight year after going to the super bowl. add into that the fact that i live an hour and half from green bay and they'll be in the playoffs, too with another stud qb who hasn't thrown 26 picks this year (7 in the red zone, wee!), and you can start to see my torture. no sympathy.
