this receiver has 140+ catches? holy crap.

Freddie Barnes? Yeah, he's been fantastic this year.

With the 14 he's got as of now, he's at 152 catches for the season. In his first three seasons at Bowling Green, he had 143 combined. He's got more yards and TDs this year than his last three combined as well.

Also looks like he's set the NCAA record for most catches in a season in any division.

Idaho wasted 8 seconds despite a penalty that stopped the clock momentarily to throw a 1 yard pass over the middle in coverage.

there's a reason these teams are 7-5

And yet neither team wants to play defense this half.

55 points scored in the 2nd half if this holds (questionable) and pending the PAT.

That was a drop.

Guess Barnes should have taken a knee at the two on the last drive rather than just going in.

This is crazy.

so is this Freddie Barnes kid a 1st rounder in the NFL?

Mid-round pick due to speed I guess.

I was reading about Rob Akey earlier this year and how amazing the turnaround at Idaho was. Then I see him play soft coverage and let Barnes catch hitch routes against 1-1 coverage almost all night. He followed that up by having a terrible clock management decision there at the end.

Going for 2 was a ballsy move and the right decision. Their defense was getting pressure but they weren't going to be able to stop Bowling Green in overtime. What a game.

Boise State over OU was 43-42 as well.

That's some poetry right there.

What does Boise State have anything to do with this game?

Really?

They won their most famous game by the same score, same ballsy 2 point conversion call, and their biggest rival just happened to do the same thing on its field?

I think there's some symmetry here.

Not as big an upset or a stage, obviously, but Idaho's been a doormat for years.
