Yep. But the head coach usually gets more credit for a Super Bowl appearance than an offensive coordinator. I think Lovie's body of work is about as good as Turner's. This year, the defensive was about as good as the offense in term of points scored/allowed (around 20th in the NFL), which means that both coordinators were bad .

He's a disciple of scripting the first 15-20 plays of the game. Week 1 script:

Lovie really is stubborn to the point of stupidity, it hasn't worked, it doesn't work, it'll never work with this roster.

That right there is the problem. Lovie is far more interested in winning his way than just winning. You have to throw the motherfucking ball all over the motherfucking field to win. That's what you have to do now. The fact that you don't want to win that way doesn't mean a god damn thing.
