the only thing that could have made this better is if farve would have done a lambeau leap and then spit in the packer fans faces.

 

i would have enjoyed that too, mostly because his annoying consecutive-games streak would end by suspension.

I don't see how the Bears can beat the Vikings.

 

We're going to need a new QB because Cutler is going to get murdered by the Vikings.

No chance with that O-Line.

 

Yep...I think the D might be able to have a good game against the Vikes, but Cutler's gonna get killed.

Nothing like tears of joy over a Week 8 win. But sure, he didn't come back for revenge.

 

Geez, Im sick of him as well. But he's always like that. Add in the fact that this is his first game at Green Bay obviously he was going to be like that.

 

 

The Vikigns are the better team, however I do think we can beat them. We really beat ourselves in special teams and especially in the 1st half. The Vikings have a better O Line/D Line and it also helps they have the best player in the league in Adrian Peterson, but that's about it. McCarthy really frustrated me today. Sometimes it makes me wonder if he has a clue. The Vikings/Saints are on a collision for each other it feels like.

 

Percy Harvin is good.

 

Gotta hope for a WC spot now. Gotta beat TB and get ready for Dallas in 2 weeks.

Why did we attempt a field goal on that last drive? It was an attainable 4th down and you needed 6 to take the lead.

Sack totals in the two Vikings/Packers games this year:

Vikings 14

Packers 0

Again thanks to Dom Capers for making Aaron Kampman just another guy.

 

Brian Robison completely changed that game with the fumble on the squib. We're up 24-6 with the ball on the 40. The crowd was booing them and we had all the mo. Then that play flipped it and our defense forgot how to tackle. Rodgers got locked in. Thankfully Percy and the offense rescued it.

 

7-1 going into the bye with the Lions and Seahawks at home. Should be 9-1 or at least 8-2. Basically a 3.5 game lead on the Packers and 2.5 on the Bears.

 

Secondary is a major weakness, especially without Winfield. Brees would have a big day against us right now.

Plus Crosby has been extremely erratic ever since his rookie year. That was a horrible decision.

 

Next four games are big, especially the home games against Dallas and San Francisco. If we can make it out of the woods through those four, I'll be happy with where this team is at. I'm sure we'll lose one of those two games though (or even perhaps both). McCarthy has to be canned if we miss the playoffs this year.

I have no idea what the hell we were doing in the first half. This team wasn't ready to play today and that's really unacceptable.

Yeah, that call really pissed me off. I dont think Crosby is good enough to just think he's going to make a 51 yard FG. That miss gave them good field position.
