Are you serious? Again?

Phew, it must not have resulted in a first down. If I was Detroit I would have accepted it and tried for a 1st at this stage of the game. wouldn't it have been 4th and inches?

Edit: I forgot the sack

They're twitching the ball. Once again incompetence reigns on the ref crews the NFL puts together. They seriously need the players to point out what's actually happening out there.

The Bears pointed it out both times but to no avail.

Sadly, they rarely call that twitch against the offense unless it's a play on the goal line or 3rd/4th and short.

LOL, the 6 possessions this half:

Return for TD

Start at DET 38, FG

Start at CHI 48, Punt

Start at DET 19, FG

Start at CHI 48, Punt

Start at DET 47, ....

That's just AWESOME special teams.

Not that Cutler is doing a lot with it today, but the Bears have been getting great field positions for years. I think they have been right at the top of the field position battle for at least the last two or three with Hester and Manning. Now we have a QB that will make teams pay for doing this. I think that if the Bears start getting that good of field position, the offense is going to rock. You either kick the ball out and give it to the Bears at the 40, or hope they don't bring it out to the 40 or the house. Great stuff!

Welcome to the NFL season, Matt Forte. Nice of you to finally show up.

Yeah, because it's all been on Forte and nothing to do with the terrible o-line.

I think Barry Sanders would struggle to gain yards with this O-line.

He would, but it seems like Forte's lost a bit this season.

We'll see how he looks as the season goes on.

LOL Forte has rushed for more yards than Cutler has thrown for today (121-113). I definitely don't mind it when we're putting up 41 points!

Really? He looks fine to me when there's room.

Cutler has 113 yards and we have 41 points. How many times did we see Grossman/Orton throw for under 150 yards and us score maybe 10 points?

The game isn't on where I am. Why is Culpepper in?

Stafford hurt his knee on the Wale sack.
