I love Sunday night games but that's mainly because it doesn't start too late out here and the alternative is a game at 10 freaking am.

I'd wager there are over 100 Bears fans on the board and about 15 Packer fans.

Anyway...score prediction?

Overconfident, Cutler-mania prediction: Bears 38, Packers 14

Sensible, first-game-in-a-hostile-environment prediction: Packers 24, Bears 21

Just speculating on the extraordinary amount of Cubs-Packers fans on this board. Its not a bad thing. Makes for good discussion actually.

Well nevermind then. I don't see how you could come to that conclusion.

Not a bad tradeoff for mid-70's weather in December and January. Use your DVR :)

I've actually opened up the piggy bank and bought tickets to this game with my brothers/gfs/wives etc.

Going to be up at the KMart parking lot hopefully by 10 am to get set up for a long day of drinking/grilling/bags/fun

My head and heart are telling me different things about this game and as always I'll go with the heart.

Bears 27- Packers 20

Bear Down.

Haha, wow.. that would be.... I would probably put my head through a window.

A total blowout -- usually not as painful as losing in the final seconds. At least for me. I'm known to actually start laughing when it gets to a certain point.

Bears gameplan. Move the chains. Keep the GB offense off the field. When GB offense is on the field, stop the run, make them 1-dimensional, and get after Rodgers.

I think this could be a high scoring game.

That is true. But a 77 point loss on opening night on nat tv to a divisonal rival... man that would just suck.

The irony is that the only one that had posted in this thread at that point was a Brewer fan.

77-0, 26-0, it's all the same once you get to that level.
