I'm listening in (no TV) and I'm curious, does Latos wear a flat billed cap as he does in his MLB file photo? That style among young players is really unnerving to me...

Note: I realize this post makes me sound as though 120 years old.

Nah. I feel the same way. I don't understand the style.

Latos, a premier prospect, has nothing tonight. And the Cubs are actually taking advantage! Couldn't beat the 30 ERA guy last night though...

The flat brimmed hat definitely looks idiotic. Seems some of these ballplayers like the "thug" look for whatever reason. I pretty much automatically hate anyone that wears their hat like that. Cueto, Perdomo, Belliard, etc.

At least they took the stickers off the brim, though. Most kids don't even do that anymore...

Yeah, OK. So I'm a 28 year old caucasian scientist who grew up in the rural midwest. Can anyone with a little more insight explain the "leaving the stickers on your ballcap" look to me?

Again, I sound like I'm about 120 years old.

I wonder how many more calories that Subway meatball with cheese, regular chips, and coke meal has than their "lose weight" commercial meals

Judging by the taste, exactly the right amount.
