I don't know if this is anywhere else but the phillies are throwing pedro at us and putting Moyer in the pen. I don't know what to think of this.

Pedro is going to be starting on Wednesday for the espn game, coincidence?

No, we'll beat the hell out of Pedro. He's an established pitcher with a great history. If he were some pimple faced pitcher just up from the world, then he'd shut us down like Gibson in 68.

What is there to think about?

We. will. be. shut. down. like. always.

Cubs have done pretty well against Pedro in his career. Including beating the crap out of him last year.

It's also a decrepit Pedro.

Hoffpauir did go 5 for 5 in that game, but the second homerun was hit off of Rincon.

Well while I'm forced to see Samardzija on Wednesday, at least I'll get to see one of my favorite pitchers of all-time pitch as well.

They called Patton back up?
