Brennenman just said on WLW that he heard a rumor, from a good source, that the Tigers are trying to trade for Milton Bradley.

Why would we do that, and why would they do that?

Well I guess we could put Fox and Hoff in a platoon. But we better be getting something good back. Selling low on somebody with as much talent as Bradley is a bad idea.

I'm just reporting what Marty said... Anyway, I could see the Cubs wanting to get rid of him and the Tigers wanting to use him as a DH (which was also mentioned).

At this point, Id probably do it and let Fox play RF.

Do the Tigers have as backup catcher that can hit some ??

Their backup C is hitting .158 and Gerald Laird, their starter isn't even that great.

Where the hell have you been?

Id rather have Bradley at 2/20 than whatever Nady and Vlad get. Especially if we have to eat some of Bradley's salary

Seeing what he's done this year, I wouldn't have a big problem running Fox out there on a regular basis with Fuld or Johnson as a late inning replacement.

Who plays RF next year?

Vlad and Nady may both be FAs.

Yea I worry about next year in the offseason. At this point, Bradley is showing no signs of turning things around. If we could trade Bradley, and then trade for Dunn, that woud be fantastic
