Generic discussion: favorite uniforms in baseball?

Don't be afraid of answering the Cubs if that's your real choice. It's not mine. Now that the Pirates don't have those stupid sleeveless jerseys, they get my nod without much hesitation:

I definitely prefer the uniforms with the socks up. Pinstripes and then road grays...anything else just looks like softball [expletive] to me.

I like both of the Royals "alternate jersies, the black jersey with the blue writing, and the Royal blue tops they used on Sunday afternoon games.

 

I also like the Blue Jays all blue alternate uniform. I like to a degree both the Giants and O's "black and orange" alternate jersies.

 

 

I just wish the Cubs would have the red on red alternate jersey. j/k

I like both of the Royals "alternate jersies, the black jersey with the blue writing, and the Royal blue tops they used on Sunday afternoon games.

They stopped with all the black after 2005. I wasn't a fan, they were Mets knock-offs.

Powder Blues for home day games, Royal Blues for away day games. I wish they'd put the "Kansas City" script on the Royal Blues...

 

My faves are the Red Sox road grays, the Cubs blue alternate, and the Royals home alternates...

Like Tree said, I like the Giants home unis the best. Road unis are usually pretty dull but I'd have to go with Baltimore's. I love how they now say "Baltimore" in orange on the front.

 

Worst, I'd go with the Rockies home uniforms (I just think they look rather plain and the color scheme is dull) and obviously the Padres road uniforms are awful.

In all seriousness:

Home: Rockies, Cubs, White Sox

Road: White Sox, Red Sox, Dodgers

 

These used to be good, until the pathetic Dbags needed to change their uniforms every year in a failing marketing attempt. Slick color scheme with the white and purple. Solid logo. The grey road ones somehow didn't have the same touch though.

The White back drop with pinstripes combo with the home uniforms is nice. The alternate uniforms are terrible. The away grey's look bad because of the purple pinstripes. It's embarassing everytime we try to go sleeveless.

 

The gray makes the home uniforms very slick IMO.
