Soriano LF

Fukudome CF

Lee 1B

Fox 3B

Hoffpauir RF

Soto C

Fontenot 2B

Theriot SS

Lilly P

Heh well Lou says 1 thing again, and then changes his mind. Lou had said Fuld would start in CF tonight with Fuku playing RF, so much for that(not that Im complaining).

I'd much rather have Hoff's bat in the lineup than Fuld's, so I think we're much better off. Fuld shouldn't be starting while he's up here. He's a 4th outfielder at best.

Plus he got caught stealing in his first action, so he's probably done as far as Lou is concerned.

Excited for the game tonight. Probably because we're playing the Pirates, but also because I don't get CSN+ so if they play like they did on Sunday I can exit out of Gameday and pretend like they're not playing. :D

This doesnt have to do with the game but,I was reading in a magazine yesterday that Chicago is Dan Haren's favorite city..I was thinking that would be awesome to trade for him because I'm sure he would come here in a heartbeat..Came across this just now from Roto, I doubt we have anything to trade them for him...

According to FOXSports.com's Ken Rosenthal, the Diamondbacks have no intention of trading right-hander Dan Haren.

"I almost can't conceive of a package that would motivate us to move him," a Diamondbacks official told Rosenthal. The club, despite a 30-46 record, would have to be completely overwhelmed by a package of top prospects to even consider it. Haren, 28, is 6-5 with a 2.28 ERA and 0.81 WHIP this season. He's also relatively cheap, owed just $7.5 million this season, $8.25 million next season and $12.75 million in both '11 and '12.

Bradley injured, being disciplined or just getting a routine day off?

anybody in here watching the game on MLB.TV? I posted a thread in cubs discussions w/ a couple of questions about the service. If someone could check it out and shoot me an answer that'd be swell.

no, what i was wondering was this:

I've been considering hooking myself up with MLB.TV for a while now because my lovely dorm doesn't pick up CSN or CSN+ so I still can't watch half of the games. I just had a question about the blackout rules. Obviously, living in chicago both the Cubs and Sox are blacked out for me. However, take tonight as an example. We are playing the pirates, so will I be able to watch the game, just on the pirates broadcast? Or will it be blacked out since the cubs are playing?

Also, how terrible is MLB.TV? That is, how far behind the actual game does it tend to run?

Well I'm in Washington DC for the summer and I am actually using my friend's account, so I have no idea what the blackout rules are in Chicago. This is the first time I've used mlbtv because I don't have a tv in my apartment. The quality is pretty good and it really isn't more than a few seconds behind normally.

Thanks. Does anyone else have any idea on how that blackout thing works?
